Welcome to training with Coach and Coffey! We're just getting started, so thank you for your patience at the start of this learning curve! Our training library is now stocked with: -12-week plans dedicated to the Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon on April 26th -12-week plans for the London + Eugene Marathons, both on April 26th. -12-week plans for the RBC Brooklyn Half on May 16th. Each plan includes 3, 4, and 5-day-a-week options, with multi-level variations. In coming months, we plan to expand to 5k, 10k, and maintenance plans. If you're training for a race not covered here, or you'd like to discuss a more personal goal, send coach a note using the (+) button in the lower right hand corner of your calendar. We want everyone in our community to feel equipped with a plan. Whatever your situation, we'll figure it out!
