Welcome to training with Coach and Coffey! We're just getting started, so thank you for your patience at the start of this learning curve! Our training library is now stocked with: -12-week plans for the RBC Brooklyn Half on May 16th. -16-week plans for the Sydney Marathon on on August 30th. -2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-week BASE plans, for pre-season or maintenance. Each plan includes 3, 4, and 5-day-a-week options, with multi-level variations. In coming months, we plan to publish walk/run and mile, 5k, and 10k plans. If you're training for a race not covered here, or you'd like to discuss a more personal goal, send coach a note using the (+) button in the lower right hand corner of your calendar. We want everyone in our community to feel equipped with a plan. Whatever your situation, we'll figure it out!
