Our training library is now stocked with: -12-week ANYTIME 1/2 Marathon plans -16-week plans for the SYDNEY Marathon on August 30th. -16-week plans for the BERLIN Marathon on September 27th. -16-week plans for the WINEGLASS Marathon on October 4th. -2-, 4-, 6-, and 8-week BASE plans, for pre-season or maintenance. Each plan includes 3, 4, and 5-day-a-week options, with multi-level variations. Upcoming Marathon Plans will be published as follows: -CHICAGO MARATHON - June 17 -MARINE CORPS MARATHON- July 1 -NEW YORK CITY MARATHON - July 8 -PHILLY, VALENCIA, and CIM will also be posted on July 8, with special 19 + 21 week programs so you can slide right in with noname practice. If you're training for a race not covered here, or you need your plan to be altered slightly based on fitness or multiple races, send coach a note using the (+) button in the lower right hand corner of your calendar. We want everyone in our community to feel equipped with a plan. Whatever your situation, we'll figure it out!
