Welcome to training with Coach and Coffey! We're just getting started, so thank you for your patience at the start of this learning curve! Our training library is now stocked with: -12-week plans dedicated to the Brooklyn Experience Half Marathon on April 26th -12-week plans for the London + Eugene Marathons, both on April 26th. On Sunday, 2/15, we'll launch 12-week plans for the RBC Brooklyn Half, on May 16th. . In coming months, we plan to expand to 5k, 10k, and maintenance plants. If you're training for a race not covered here, or you'd like to discuss a more personal goal, send coach a note using the (+) button in the lower right hand corner of your calendar. We'll figure it out.
