Private Coaching Subscription

Description

Work with your own private coach to accomplish your running goals. Monthly service includes workouts uploaded weekly, tailored specifically to you and your race or athletic goals. Workouts will include suggested training paces and strength work. Strength workouts will be tailored to your experience level, areas of weakness, and equipment available. Monthly fee includes unlimited e-mails and commenting/discussing on all 'hard' workouts using the VDOT O2 app.

I have experience helping beginner and advanced runners as well as writing strength training programs to reduce injury risk and improve running form. I previously taught fitness classes for moms and have much experience with postpartum running. My group fitness certifications cover strength and conditioning training, strength training, and barre.
